My uncle used to have a saying about that- "you can't eat the weather"The goal is to live someplace where T-shirts and shorts suffice every single day.

You must have very safe roads where you live.
Here you can't go two miles without seeing a bicycle memorial to some poor cyclist who was mown down by some (probably Prius) driver
the generally relatively very light pedestrian traffic (at least here, downtown/campus area is obviously different) on a sidewalk can make it tempting to hop on a sidewalk with your bike during busy auto traffic times

But, like Clint used to say “we’ve all got it comin’ kid !”
New thread title: butt sweat and tears.
see now, you GET itI really like the sun over my skin, sometimes (mostly in winter) I can almost feel the chlorophyll function feeding body and soul.

It's so rare here that I try to make the most of the off-winter months that I can, and soak it up, as Sheryl Crow's song sayswinter sun is good
Live your life brother! I don't see that as inappropriate at all.If I'm out walking about in nice weather and the sun is out, I'll more likely than not take off my shirt.
I feel I soak up the beneficial aspects of the sun more efficiently that way (of course, being a ginger, I am careful to not overdo it)
I am no greek statue but I'm not a fat slob, either.
I get it's considered a bit uncouth and uncivilized, but I don't much care (see profile pic)
Thoughts?
Always knew on me.see now, you GET it
It's usually pretty good here for winter sun, but this winter has been really, REALLY wet and cloudy. Like Welsh weather, but not as coldIt's so rare here that I try to make the most of the off-winter months that I can, and soak it up, as Sheryl Crow's song says
I do have a SADS light that I've used to pretty good effectiveness
Are you talking in the third person or to me? Unclear. At 66 I'm actually in super good shape and don't look bad without a shirt. I still keep it on. For one thing, I'm starting to get age spots, and those turn very dark very quickly when exposed to UV.....I'm not sure if I did, but I am sure I was an idiot. Time to grow up, stop giggling and accept your fate.
