Fender Dual Showman Reverb Cabinet Date from Serial Number?

I scooped up a dual showman reverb 2 x 15 cab locally for peanuts... Solid pine w/ MDF (looks like at least, definitely not ply) baffle. It's the big cab about 4.5+/- feet tall. Serial number is 1322. Seems kinda lowish. Speakers are a square back CTS and an EV SRO with more glue than cone so no help there.

Also thoughts on replacement speakers? TIA

Buddy, I have never seen a serial number chart for cabinets. Does it have BF or Sf cloth? That tall cab was introduced in January, 1967 for the last few months of the BF era and continued in the SF era. Drip edge? As for that being a low number, I am going to guess that there are fewer Showman/Dual Showman amps built than any other Fender due to size and expense, and therefore the cab numbers will not reach high numbers.
The cab would have had JBL D130Fs as OEM speakers, so the CTS numbers will not define anything, ime. The cloth and logo might give clues for a general dating. You might find a handwritten date inside the cab.

Is the serial number on a small metal tag? There may be a stamped date somewhere in the interior (pictures are from my drip-edge bassman cabinets).

attached some pics of the metal tag where I found the cabinet serial number as well as the logo and grill cloth. I’m thinking silver face era but it’s pretty faded some could go either way I suppose. No markings at all on the inside.

All DSR amps are from the SF era. They were introduced in the second half of 1968. Your cab doesn’t have the drip edge, so it is not an early one. Ime, that orange stripe cloth was introduced circa 1973. The Fender Amp Field Guide says that the tail-less logo was introduced in 1976.
And...that badge assures us that this cab came with D130 speakers.

As far as speakers, I REALLY like the Celestion Fullback for 15" speakers. I'm really an EV15B fan and have one, but man this Fullback I got in a 64 Pro is superb and much lighter than the EV!
I've tried many 15's; Jensen P15N, C15N, and others, Emi Beta and Legend 15, Webers, JBL's, Old CTS square magnet, and more.

FYI: The JBL was stock, Says D130 right on your metal label.
Also, for the date, look for an ink stamped manufacturer no. inside like @randym's pic shows. Many people dont realize Fender stamped those even in combos cabs, although, like all things Fender, they weren't consistent about it!

In the 1969 price list, they come with D130's, with D140's an upgrade.

I have a 68/69 drip-edge bassman with 15 inch Eminence. Aluminum dome, but with a dime-sized opening in the center.

and the Field Guide gives 1974 as the trio for the tailless logo on the DR....as well as the Fender amps. ??? I was surprised to see 1976 as the introduction of the tailless logo for that DSR cab. Whadahey?

Never heard that fullback before... Sounds fantastic in the few clips that I heard. Couldn't find any in a fender type circuit though in my brief search. I've got a Studio Bass Cab that I got for free - bought a twin reverb chassis that fits perfect. Waiting on OT and some free time to get started. Will definitely put the Fullback on my short list.

Yeah, I hadn't ever zero'd in on it either. It came with the 64 Pro non Reverb I bought. I intended to put my EV in there but really liked the Fullback. Def better than the two Emi's I had before, they were OK but not this good.
