salt lakes flats?
No, salt flats are table salt white. Also, they usually don’t crack like mud, they sort of wrinkle up when the get wet, then you see the left over lines like little ant trails.
That is a dry lakebed/mudflats. Probably eastern California or Western Nevada. I cannot think of a place like that in Texas, not that I’ve been EVERYWHERE in TX, but a decent number of places.
Hot rods and hot chicks. Almost like it was planned, and more or less the subject of a huge part of the ZZ Top catalog....and we love them for that.
