    Theres too many. I was gonna possibly go with Ray Charles or the allman brothers... is james brown from augusta Georgia or across the border in SC?

    I wouldnt go with REM because I got sick of them and then stayed sick.

    Robert Smith from the Cure came from the next town across; Jimmy Page lives about 10 miles off; Eric Clapton lives 20 miles in the other direction; Percy Bysshe Shelly was born in my town.
    All negated however by Simon Cowell being born about 20 miles south. Sorry guys.

    There is many, but i say Yngwie Malmsteen. State? Stockholm, City and county together. Our regions, Län, are not same thing as your States, so i say my city instead.
