In the prettiest category, I've got 2 personal favourites - one of which took on a new significance with COVID taking the great Dave Greenfield:
The other special one is Wilco with "Please be patient with me":
Just two spring to mind.
The Eagles sure have more than their fair share of "pretty songs"; Sad Cafe, Pretty Maids All In A Row, I Can't Tell You Why, Desperado, Love Will Keep Us Alive, and Don Henley's Last Worthless Evening, to name a few.
Some that strike me are Linda Ronstadt's Blue Bayou and Prisoner In Disguise, Joni Mitchell's Case of You, and for a weirdly pretty one how about Tom Waits' Kentucky Avenue?
The beautiful Lucy Wilkins from the Divine Comedy

So what does it say about me that this song is the first thing that popped in my head after reading the thread title. The song is so melancholy/bittersweet and has certainly become a pop culture cliche, but I try not to be a gatekeeper of cool and just go with loving it.
This to me is "pretty".....
I thought you meant prettiest songs we’ve written. I think this one is kinda pretty:
