Red Rocket or the one where the Internet goes out.
Me too....up above. I can't believe all the twists at the end. And the end totally surprised me the first time I saw the episode. I just sat there and OMG! LOL!
My favorite is the one where Cartman joins an online Telecaster forum and gets banned after his first post in Welcome Wagon. Kenny's posts just stop in the middle of a 5F1 build thread he started in Glowing Bottle and he's never posted again.
I liked the one where they killed Kenny.
"Put It Down" was good; it was about some figure tweeting. I cannot say who (against the rules).
"Sponsored Content" was good. One of the best lines - "Does she know she's an ad?" The lead up with the kids looking stuff up on-line an ending up somewhere an ad sent them, not remembering what they were doing. ADD at it's best.
"Gluten-Free Ebola" was a masterpieces. Struck really close to home.
@blowtorch - yeah, the go too far, cringe-worthy far. But - it is so true sometimes. I really want to give examples, but all the ones I can think of are banned here. Sort of making your point.
The Special Olympics episode where some of em are juicing. Once in a blue moon I laugh that hard.
sorry in comedy nothing is too far...its you or the person who thinks its too far but its not...ask any comedian or watch comedians discuss other comedians who were subjected to being called out for a joke that went too far...they all defend the comedian...no boundaries
i couldnt pick a favorite...too many great episodes...just like picking a favorite band...i cant pick just one
Kanye West and the fishsticks joke
You are saying that nothing is sacred, in comedy.
If nothing is sacred in comedy, then simply nothing is sacred.
I disagree with that perspective
The aliens from future and man pig
The episode where the hippies invaded and Cartman chased them away by playing Slayer.
I give the slow a lot of slack because most episodes lampoon something real in society that can be silly or ridiculous..
The iPad episode lampoons parents who will buy any gadget for their kids and our reliance on personal electronics.
The episode that I mentioned lampoons current events thatI can’t get into here.
The Go Fund Yourself episode lampoons Kickstarter. It’s funny.
There’s the Safe Space episode.
The Over Logging episode lampoons our dependence on the Internet.
You Have Zero Friends lampoons Facebook.
I could go on and on but they go after a lot of social trends and it’s relevant and funny.
After I picked up on this I really started to enjoy the show.
I haven't watched it in years but nearly every episode I've seen has been hilarious.
The more outrageous/ non pc they are the better imo.
@studio1087 , yeah I get that. Like I said, it's a funny show.
But sometimes they simply go too far.
Question: when they portray an abortion on the show, what are they lampooning?
For me, its "Chickenlover." Cartman as a cop riding around on a Big Wheel is the best thing ever.
Close second is "Starvin' Marvin in Space"
That's my favourite one too.
You got me there. That’s not cool.
The one where they choose a new school mascot to replace the Cows.
So many really funny episodes. Imagination Land - The Leprechaun Bet , Steve Jobs - The Apple Agreement, The Biggest Crap with Bono, I see Dead People - Michael Jackson...
