Cheapest: a single Grover tuner for 5 bucks on CL. The shaft was a different size but I only needed the little disc to replace one that got lost when my daughter was dragging that particular guitar everywhere.

    Coolest:

Got this on CL when it dropped from 35 to 30. Had heard good and bad about it but I had two of the other three original Dano pedals (chorus and echo) and wanted to give it a try. I had thought I might want to try some of the recommend mods to improve it but after playing around with it I thought it sounded ok. Opened it up and surprise...already done. What's weird is the real nice guy selling it went to great lengths to explain how all the controls worked and how great it was but never mentioned the mod. Maybe he didn't know.
