It’s early yet. But I learned (for a photo taken on recent version iPhone) - that if you’re in the edit mode of a Live Photo, you can swipe up and choose from 3 other pre-set effects: Loop, Bounce or Long Exposure.

ok, it’s early; just stumbled into it.

It IS possible to recondition your own car headlights with amazing results, provided you buy a quality kit (Meguiar's in our case) and take your time.

That the Black Death occurred in the 14th century. I thought it was much later:

The plague arrived in Europe in October 1347, when 12 ships from the Black Sea docked at the Sicilian port of Messina. People gathered on the docks were met with a horrifying surprise: Most sailors aboard the ships were dead, and those still alive were gravely ill and covered in black boils that oozed blood and pus. Sicilian authorities hastily ordered the fleet of “death ships” out of the harbor, but it was too late: Over the next five years, the Black Death would kill more than 20 million people in Europe—almost one-third of the continent’s population.

I also learned, just last week, that the Joyo ultimate drive, while an excellent pedal and perhaps my favorite until recently, gets owned in reality by that of which it is cloned, the OCD.

I learned that having a 10 way conversation with my family in Michigan on Zoom is fun for about 4 minutes. I also learned that apples chopped up covered with frozen blueberries are a wholesome and delicious snack. I also learned that the Wampler Catapulp into a 65 PRRI is a great combination.

that would make sense: as I just learned the first marshall amp was made in 1962 today as well learned Eric Clapton's n ick name and the store behind his moniker
Clapton told his official biographer, Ray Coleman, in the mid-80s that “My nickname of 'Slowhand' came from Giorgio Gomelsky. He coined it as a good pun. He kept saying I was a fast player, so he put together the slow handclap phrase into 'Slowhand' as a play on words.”
So having learned 3 new things today I'm taking a mental health fortnight

I'm a history enthusiast, and have done a lot of studying on WWII. In all the reading, and documentaries, and even college classes, I never caught the fact (or it was never presented) that Berlin wasn't on the border of East/West Germany. It was deep in the heart of East Germany. That significantly added to my understanding of the crises in Berlin during the Cold War.

I learned how to scan all my various amp schematics and project sheets into a single multi-page pdf that is as compact as it is unreadable.

It’s almost 6PM here in France, and I wish to not go to bed before learning the answer!
