And check Keith, laying down the law before the song starts.
I had the first 2 Partridge Family albums. I probably still have them somewhere. I had a huge crush on Shirley Jones when that show was on. I had good taste in beautiful, older women, even at age 9 or 10.
I don't know . . . Maybe you had to be there?
The Partridge Family music was great because of THE WRECKING CREW!!!
man...that cat could sing...great voice.
just listened to the first album yesterday...there are 2 songs that are meh on it but the rest are great
the music after first album was pretty bland
ok here are what i feel are their best songs post the first album
Cassidy was originally to lip sync to dubbed vocals with the rest of the cast but convinced Farrell that he could sing, and was allowed to join the studio ensemble as the lead singer
dude i'm genuinely sorry to say it and i totally empathize with you if this tune has some nostalgia factor wit chu from your youth (or whatever) but it's 100 percent godawful and absolutely unequivocally Does Not Rock, as in does not now nor did it ever Rock - not even a little bit, not even once.
LOL oh yes the Never-Clever "haters" retort. how could i - in good faith - hate on D Cassidy? the "guy" was born without testes. if anything, i feel bad for him. let me know if he has a GoFundMe or something i can donate to.
Yeah, I lived those days and the Partridge Family was pathetic then and still are. Nostalgia can't change that.
in what hell of a dentist's office would that EVER be a good song?
at least they didn't butcher a perfectly good boddy holly song, as i was afeard.
That's the first time I've listened to the Partridge Family and I only made it through about 45 seconds.
I admit nothing.....speak to my legal counsel
where did you hear that he was born without testes...the dude has a couple kids...and he died in 2017
