It would be cool to have. It would look nice in a room where you don't have to move it.

My little brother once owned one back in the mid 1970's. It could really get loud! Think 3X Twin. Yeah, I helped him move it up a flight of stairs and into a Ford Galaxie when he played out a few times. But at 700 clams, that amp looks good!!

It wouldn't fit in my car and I'd never even be able to lift it up on that last train.

I guess people were stronger back in the 70's weight 98 pounds (Sarcasm) If I had 700 bucks and it was local I would buy it. They make carts for a reason! Come on guys its only 30 pounds more than a twin. :) Of course I can see the right vehicle would be a must or a trailer. ;)

They can get your attention...imagine a Twin setting on top of an open back 412 cab.

Imagine, nutting - it IS a Twin setting on top of an open back 412 cab.

I'd like to see some industrious type replace the baffle and swap the bottom 412s with a pair of EV 15s though...the people in the next state over would be able to hear ya, loud, clear, and clean

In 1975 I was 19 and could easily lift an oak railroad cross tie by myself, so this amp was no biggie then.

Today, I do good to even get out of bed LOL.

Thanks! But the credit should go to Rick Johnson, who made the cabs, and covered them to match my Maz JR. And to my tech, who added reverb to both channels. The Normal channel is voiced for steel. My Baritone Strat sounds awesome through the Lead channel, as does my Tele! Gotta have "Vibrate Oh!" for Tele and Baritone!

I dunno man, even at $700. Do you really need an amp that loud? Do you really want an amp that big and heavy? What gigs do you play that needs that amp?

JMiles, I'm sending Rick a MusicMan chassis for a new head early next week...seen his work and know some people who swear by him. Nice job on that twisted Twin, BTW

It has a volume knob! As far as big and heavy goes NO ONE ever seems to bad mouth Marshall Stacks or half stacks around here or the Large Ampeg Bass Rigs which are used all the time .But say Fender and say Twin Reverb or Dual Showman or Showman or Bassman or Bandmaster with their larger cabs and oh its too loud and my aching back. Bah Humbug!
