I'm not usually a fan of pyrotechnics and general wankery unless I'm home alone

But this guy just melted by brain!!!

That poor guitar will need to smoke a carton of Marlboro after taking it like that!

I didn't notice any mistakes even... and if there were any, he certainly hid them!

If this dude isn't playing on the big stage with someone in the future, we are living in darker times than I thought!

If you can't appreciate this guys skills, you aren't a guitar player!

Edit: I see that he has shared the stage with the Scorpions!

    Hummmm, no strap, sitting.
Hope he can still do it standing or he's going to look pretty silly when he does get his shot

I admire the heck out of those skills! Can't take listening to the noise he makes, but damn fast playing!

That family in the background came in at 30s, left at 2m. 90 seconds is all he could hold someone's attention for. An awful waste of of talent I reckon.

As someone who loves extreme wankery, that was awesome.

    Edit...
He held someone's attention on a street for 90 sec, who probably couldn't care less about the music he is playing or the guitar in general...

That's fairly impressive in today's world by my estimation anyway...

But then again maybe you are right.

LOL I liked how the old man watching just walked away. He was all like "I can't listen to that noise".

Amazing speed. Having said that, if was on that street I would have stopped for a minute to admire his skill and then gone about my business. On the way to a Red Sox game one night, there was an older gentleman playing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” on a clarinet. I stopped and listened for the entire song. That’s just me. I love music.

Well, I'll be the odd one out - on this occasion (imo) he's talking but not actually saying very much.
Peter Green or BB King can express themselves more to me in 30 seconds than he did in nearly six minutes.
But... there's no denying he's technically very good.

    NO.....I can't play like that.
YES.....part of me wishes I could.
But I also wonder, IF I could play like that, would it still be boring and not interesting after two minutes?
    I'd still rather make "music".
Now, if I could sing like Freddie Mercury.....that'd be different.;)

Sounds like a bad acid trip in my brain minus the LSD.
As soon as he started tapping I was out like a ghost.

...& I like heavy. That's not heavy. That's fruit loops.

The trick to this style of playing is not to try to pick out each individual note, but rather to listen to how groups of notes work together. When played well, you can actually hear movement and melody "floating" through everything.
