    PT looks like a Better Coil and Transformer Company one and I've seen another '68 PR over here some time ago with the same PT and same Svhumacher OT/reverb-OT. Afaik Fender did use various transformers if needed during those years.

    please replace all e-caps and you've a truly great sounding PR, be sure to try it with an old Jensen C10N speaker or the remake from Jupiter speakers.

    Didn't read all 4 pages so please excuse any redundancy.

    You should not even turn on a vintage amp until you've checked the filter and other electrolytic and examined any odd-looking changes.

    his amp has been serviced - but strangely. There are caps that don't normally belong there (as if whoever worked on it just bought crap at Radio Shack...or a TV repair shop). There is always a temptation to turn it on - but you can smoke it in one second.

    Unless you really know your tech stuff it needs to be serviced by someone qualified BEORE powering up.
