I guess they adjust the idle for other songs.
It sounds exactly like a 2-cylinder John Deere my grandfather bought new. It still bounces around the family. Pretty sure I’ll buy it back if God willing.
This BOC song may be written about the event in Louisville where Lynyrd Skynyrd staff had a bugtussle with BOC.
I lean south, but I feel BOC had this one by rights.
It's cool to see some people are still rocking the old analog drum machines.
I saw this many moons ago, pretty cool seeing it again. Thanks for posting.
It's been around for quite a while. The first time I saw that video the tractor was still shiny.
I think it must be an old Minneapolis Moline of some kind.
Yeah. I always quip "it smokes less than the last drummer I fired"
Bottleneck John has quite a few like this on his YouTube channel. Here's Water Pump Blues
Dang, beat me to it.
Best drummer ever...
As a lad raised on a Michigan farm and on tractors before I was in elementary school, this makes me very happy.
It sounds totally unnatural because it's keeping perfect time and not swinging
Ha! The tractor gets a mic! Meanwhile poor fellow on the acoustic can’t be heard!
The tractor nerd in me awakens. The tractor looked Eastern European to me, I was going to guess some kind of old Belarus or Zetor...but a little digging revealed that the guys are Swedes. I think it is a 1950s Bolinder-Munktell 230.
Bottleneck John is Swedish too. Must be something in the air...
There’s also the “Pump Song” by Mickey Hart….
