I'd either aim the leaf blower to blow that rug off his head or just take a dump in his 'just for men'.

    He's a clown.

Imagine playing in an '80s hit machine like Toto and then having to live next to normal people the rest of your life.

What's the rule in your neighborhood? I'm not going to touch the third rail that is the leaf blower, but:

On a weekend, what the earliest you can mow your lawn without annoying your neighbours?

It seems to be unwritten but widely agreed upon: 10:00 AM for my neighborhood. I'm right out there at 10 on hot weekends.

Geez, wonder what he does when the neighbor kid's baseball lands in his yard?

Seems like "angry old guy next door" would be what rock bottom looks like for a famous musician.

I usually do at least 9:30 for battery line trimmer, 10 for gas powered anything. My neighbor does 8:30 routinely.

I wonder if he likes to play guitar at night when the surrounding neighbors can hear him.

We have a guy down the street who uses a leaf blower to dust off his motorcycle.

9am at my place. Couldn't find a rule. I would go later if it disturbed folks.

Do people really wear clothes... to bed?

If he thinks that works well, wait til he drives it.

Although the leaf blower is probably quieter.

I have something similar to this (a holdover from my days as a gardener 40 years ago): a Yard Vac (made in my hometown Fresno, no less). Mine's even older than this, probably from the late 50's. Still kinda noisy, but the pickup bag acts as a muffler somewhat. The big plus is that it actually picks up the leaves and debris, instead of just blowing them into the street/onto the neighbor's yard, etc. I actually had some customers back then who hired me BECAUSE I didn't use a leaf blower.

Sadly, both Yard Vac and Lindell (another Fresno company that made lawn vacuums) were put out of business by the popularity of leaf blowers...

When my uncle was 2 months out from retirement from the Air Force, his family moved in with my great grandmother to house hunt, while he was still out of state.
Neighbor next to my great grandparents was kind of unpleasant. Late mower. But not for a real reason, as he was unemployed.

So I gave my younger cousin (with 0 music experience) a guitar lesson with the amp in an open window, cranked.

While amusing, it didn't accomplish much, other than teaching a 13 year old to play iron man.....

My neighbors could blast through a granite mountain at 0500 to lay a new stretch of Interstate and I wouldn’t hear it.

That’s one of the benefits of country living. No such thing as an HOA out here, either. :D
