World Series Game 1 tonight! That's a bigger deal than the Super Bowl in our house.

I'll be cheering for St Louis. I grew up part of the time in Baltimore and was an Oriole fanatic. It is as ingrained in me to NOT root for the Red Sox as it is for a Packers fan to not root for the Vikings. I'm also a big Yadier Molina fan. I identify more with the Midwest and the South than the Northeast cities. Gotta root for the Cards....

NYY fan from birth - but... the Sox were so classy with Marino's retirement - I'm not sure I can hate them anymore. Some of their fans are still atrocious - stuck up here in Maine where "Yankees Suck!" passes for deep thought.

I'm a big fan of Yadier Molina and I think he a chance to go down in history as one of the Top 5 All-Time Catchers.... his career World Series batting average is .341, we'll see if he can continue that as part of his legacy

Only Cardinal since Musial to be in 4 WS. The Sox won't be able to run on Molina like they did in the ALDS and the ALCS. Great all-around player. My favorite Cardinal.

That will be the story within the story. His release is extremely quick and he puts the ball right on the tag. He not only changes innings, he changes games with his defense.

As you might tell, Go Cardinals.

I've seen some things so far (bottom of 2nd) that I've never seen in MLB.

"I don't want it. You take it."

"No, I don't want it either."

"Well then, let's go for the Blooper Reel."

Phils' fan, going with the NL Cards for this one. Looks a little bleak right now - down 5-0, Beltran out.

I'm a Giants fan so I look at all NL teams as potential enemies. Therefore, I root for the AL. Unless its the Yankees.

I'd root for the Padres or any other team without a World Series championship in organizational history if they made it to the Series though.

    I love baseball
