After the small debacle with this one: https://www.tdpri.com/threads/authentic.1073727/

Something else came along... Fits my style better, in great shape, lots of fun!

Fender MIM, MZ8, special edition. (Edit: I am still a noob regarding telecasters. Any info about this model, I'd love to know!)

Happy! Can I join the tele club?

That looks like the FSR line that Guitar Center offered back in the 2000s. Nice guitars. That should be a solid player!

    Nice guitar, congrats.

I'm not the boss of you but I recommend you follow the instruction stickers on the neck plate. Do not throw it away.
    It's a keeper.

    How does the neck feel?

Mines a MIM from 1999, was a GC special FSR. Stock had white pickgaurd. Neck is very light on finish, and thus not sticky at all. Might be the same model. If so, youd be the only other person I know in posession of one. I also swapped to tort gaurd....

Great looking guitar either way, congratulations!

The neck is not either high gloss/sticky nor full matte, kind of more like satin. Feels good, doesn't feel like a hindrance so far. It is a very easy player with great action with the 010-46's on it. It is also minimally used, frets are finished very well, and no indentations from wear. It's in great shape
