It has the standard config of two single coils but noticed it has a bigger humbucker route under the neck.

    1) Can I put in a humbucker without routing?

    2) Will I need a new pickguard (not just for the humbucker but for mounting screws)

    3) Will I have to change volume or tone pots or 250K is good enouth

    4) Whats a good non-over-powering humbucker (even p90) that will fit and somewhat blend with the stock bridge pickup?

Another vote for the Seth Lover, here. A 59 is a cheaper alternative, too.

A 36th Anniversary is another good one, and they work well with 250k pots.

I did a mini humbucker- Vintage wound and a no load tone pot once and liked it a lot.
