In the wake of Toto’s Dad’s thread about Kelnet’s missing in action, It got me thinking. I thought about this situation a couple of years ago.

We, the TDPRI, have a special connection! You could call it a fraternity of sorts. Maybe a brotherhood? Or, perhaps the Secret Society Of Modifying Telecaster Guitars, Artists Who Glue Pieces Of Wood Together And Produce Tone, or, Guys That Take Tubes And Speakers And Make Them
    Sound Good.

Anyway, if you should die of a heart attack tomorrow, get hit by a bus, or get maimed by a monster, do you have a plan in place to let the rest of us know?

I don’t have a plan, and if I kicked off, the least of my wife’s worries would be telling you guys.

Anyway, sorry about the morbidity, but it was just a passing thought.

I've actually thought about that too.
People here have given me great solice, encouragement, advice, frustration, argumentation, determination.
Wait, that's a lot of adjectives in a row.
    I appreciate this place.

Good point. Not long after I find out, I’ll probably post a thread about how I’m trying all the guitars I wanted to try before I die. And probably how a ‘59 Les Paul underwhelmed me.

Did any of y'all notice that I haven't been around much?

    I didn't get any DMs asking if I'm still alive, so . . .

I’ve thought about it too. Especially since Joel’s passing. And Paul in Colorado.

I’ve talk about “the Telecaster page” a lot with my wife over the years and she knows I’m a moderator... so chances are, after things have settled down, she log on as me and post something. It will probably be in the wrong sub-forum and get reported and have to be moved.

I have noticed that some guys have tags under their screen name, such as “Banned Member”, and even “Deceased Member”.
