Wilkinson 3 barrel on MIM

    I don't know what kind of ears you have to have to detect an intonation problem with Wilkinson compensated saddles, but I can't hear a problem. But for the vintage look you'd have to flip them over to the non-compensated side . . . which again will give you no realistic intonation problems unless you have the ears of a dog.

    You should come up to Fatmanville for a day - we have these marvellous new gadgets up here....

    They are SO good - you don't even have to GUESS if your intonation is spot on or not...;)

    Just one question about the 6 saddle bridge. When did it first come out and why? Was it a fender bridge or after market idea?
