Yeah, traditionalism is overrated. The Phase 95 is the phaser to have.

If you get the Phase 90 Deluxe, it has the same circuit as the Script Reissue, but includes a blender, EQ, and an attack button, for $10 less than the actual Script reissue.

Whirlwind Orange Box. Pretty much the OG MXR pedal.

Did it have a modern power jack or a 1/8" jack?

    This ^

    Really.

(Unless you need to use a battery, then it's the EVH model Phase 90...)

There still is a hand wired script phase 90. They call it a custom shop pedal. I got one.

Here’s my story about Phase 90 ... I bought a cheap one M-101 in maybe 2008 and I noticed a audible “tick” when the phaser was at its peak ... I actually called Dunlop and complained ... they agreed reluctantly to mod the pedal with the R-28 Script mod ... at the time the Script re-issued had just been released ... Dunlop is a good company and I like their effects but I would stay away from the $50 dollar model ... although maybe they corrected it ...
