Why would someone want to own cows?

I would, just been to supermarket and was going to have a beef joint for Christmas day, a two pound piece of beef was 27 euros (just over thirty dollars)! Seems expensive to me! Good if you own cattle

Or zoning. My wife’s uncle had a couple cows, because the house they bought was zoned as a farm, and apparently the local zoning laws had certain livestock minimums to meet the zoning requirements.

If you weren't owning them to breed or to eat, why would anyone own cows?

i know a few folks that don't breed or eat their dog/cat.

This thread needs a theme song. The Thompson Brothers are still making music and playing shows; they're called The Massacoustics these days.
