Why do these tubes look weird to me?

This is a purported ‘77 Deluxe Reverb, fully serviced and up for sale or trade, not too far away from me. Decent price I think. I realize it’s hard to tell much from this pic, but I’ve never seen 6V6 tubes that look like that. Now that’s not saying a lot, I’m definitely no expert. But they look odd to me.

I bought one branded RCA for pretty cheap, didn't sound any better than the new Tung Sol 6v6GT or the 6V6S from JJ to me so in the box for a spare.

I noticed these type 6V6's start popping up all over when the market got spooked by global events a few years ago.

ymmv. bought some of those alleged raytheon/nationals (were russian) for my super champ. redplated immediately (which is hard to tell cuz of that black . . .)

Black bottle called smoke glass ae common, but the very shiny base and no writing is a bit less common.
I was also thinking the Russian 6p6 as @Powdog suggested.
Old Raytheon are great but the base should be matte, not shiny.
