i myself have to go for Columbo hands down with Cannon coming in second

I’ve been on a Columbo kick for a couple years now and can’t get enough of it/never get tired of seeing them

My favorite is the one with Donald Pleasance as a vineyard owner who does away with his brother who’s going to sell the winery to the Marino Brothers

Donald pleasance/carsini “69 cent A gallon! Marino Brothers!, they don’t make wine! They don’t even make good mouthwash!”

You left out Jim Rockford so my vote is none of the above.

Rockford! That’s who I meant instead of magnum, got em mixed up

    I shall edit

Edit: I couldn’t figure out how to take magnum off, I don’t even think he’s in the same era

Once the first season was done, and Mannix worked for himself, he had fight scenes in the same warehouse full of empty cardboard boxes, drove some very cool MOPAR, and of course every beautiful woman fell for the shoe polish hair dye, middle-aged, loud jacket-wearing, always working for free gumshoe because, why not?

    Also, Peggy.

    Good fun.

You can’t park your trailer in the parking lot of the pier (somewhere in SoCal) anymore.

Didn't see Frank Drebin on the list so Columbo it is.

You have barely scratched the surface on TV detective shows in the '70s. What about Banacek?

Magnum is not 60s-70s, that show is squarely in the awesome 80s.

    I thought Magnum was 80s?

I was a Quincy fan. I can’t remember the theme music, but I remember liking it.
