Considering all the stupid stuff I’ve done and all the manual labor, I’ve been pretty lucky. 10 stitches on the side of my head from a car wreck at age 24. A few staples and a couple of pins from a broken ankle at work age 28. In the same accident that broke my ankle, I busted my lip pretty bad. The nurse wanted to stitch it, but since they had just told my that my ankle would need surgery, I said no.

Don't watch the Tudor series. Henry VIII had the same experience at a later age.

I didnt know that...thanks for giving me something to avoid
I remember being covered in wriggly lil red bloodworms...and leeches ...and crying my eyes out in the car all the way home....didnt learn to swim till i was 10...the water terrified me ...i would just freeze up..and panic inside trying not to show it
i thought henry VIII was our vacuum cleaner at work...silly woman had burned 7 of them out
...i think i just put me ticker on me sleeve...its not a tale im keen to tell...brings it all back..no wonder im completely dotty...explains a lot...must have traumatised me ...otherwise i wouldnt remember so vividly
cant wait to tell me dad bout big ol henry VIII too
the only dramas i like are all set pre 1066 anyway...

You probably circumcised yourself. How old were you?

    Too many to count/remember by 30. 23 from 30-64. 0 from 64-68
I have a friend that, while extremely inebriated, tried to do a karate kick on a heavy bag. Long story short she messed up her back really bad and had spinal surgery a few weeks ago.
She’s doing better and, hopefully, will have a mostly full recovery. The stitches on her back look like a giant centipede.

    Lost count.
    A knee re-construction.
A forearm through a windscreen in a car accident and
a zipper from a heart valve replacement.
    That's just the big ones.

Maybe 20 total from a variety of minor injuries.

I've had a lot of cuts that probably should have been stitched up, but I took the super glue and tape route instead.

Honestly, the cuts I used super glue on look better than the ones that were stitched.

I've been stitched up by docs, and I even stitched up myself once when there were no docs within 50 clicks.

You've got to pick up every stitch

About 30. The stitches weren't the tuff part. The
Cauterizing that was the part that stung a mite.

Like I said the cauterizing was the worst of it.
