I discovered this song through my Napster account when it created a "radio station" for me. Why have I never heard of these guys? This song blew me away.

buddy/old bandmate of mine FB posted his baby saying "da-da" for the first time. I commented I was impressed the kid already had knowledge and appreciation of dadaism-very advanced

    Nice. Thanks.

So, I listened and then followed some links. Turns out to be the band that sung a song I really liked in the 90s grunge era. Was on student radio a lot.

Recently, for some reason I recalled the song but couldn't remember correctly who sung it (for some reason I thought it was Pavement) and couldn't find it when I tried searching online. Partly I guess, cos of the spelling.

Thanks for posting. I needed something to listen to today. The only Dada song I knew was this one (link below) which was on heavy rotation back in the early 90s. It's hooky, cleanly recorded, intelligent. It kind of reminds me of the Spin Doctors--another hooky, cleanly recorded, intelligent band that was in heavy rotation back then.

They toured with Sting way back when DizNeeLand was hot. I saw them with Sting at the Marcus in Milwaukee during Summerfest.

This one is kind of dark but I always loved this song...

Reminds me of Nilsson's "Put the Lime in the Coconut."
