Malcolm Young would be my favourite rhythm guitarist.
Gatemouth, Winwood, Dave Mason, Toy, Felder, Rusty and Paul (Poco), Terry Kath, Bloomfield, and Molly Tuttle are just a few that no one else mentioned.
I first heard/saw all three (not together) in the early 70s when I first started playing guitar.
Naturally I decided "that's how I want to play."
