Can only pick one. Name a genre and then name the face of that genre.
    Examples:

    Rock and Roll - Elvis
    Reggae - Bob Marley
    Alternative - Kurt Cobain
    Punk - Sid Vicious

    New Wave - ?
    Country - Johnny Cash
    Goth - Siouxsie Sioux
Pop - ABBA (have to take all four of them)

    Heavy Metal - Rob Halford
    Jazz - Miles
Disco - Robin Gibb (yes, him, and not Donna Summer)
    Brit Pop - Liam Gallagher
Glam - Marc Bolan (not Bowie)

    Hair Bands - ?
    Funk - George Clinton
Synth Pop - Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode singer)
    Soul - James Brown
Rock-A-Billy - Brian Setzer (Yes, Setzer. I'd say Gene Vincent or Eddie Cochran, but who the heck knows what their faces look like?)

You can use those genres (just copy and paste) or offer some of your own, but tell us who is the face of such and such a genre?

(I am stumped on New Wave. I was going to say that dweeby looking guy who played keyboards for The Cars. But can you come up with anybody else?)

Heavy Metal needs to be Ozzy.

A hard one is for 80s glam rock. You can pick anyone. Bon Jovi? Dee Snider? Bret Michaels? Vince Neal?

I thought of Ozzy, but I think Halford with his attire and his poses on stage really becomes the face of the genre. Ozzy was overweight, plodded around on stage, showed no POWER. Halford went over the top with the leather and fist pumping.

Hair bands? Hmm, tough one. John Bon Jovi didn't look the hair band part for very long, Dee Snider was more comic book rock, Bret Michaels or Vince Neal possibly, but both of those guys dabbled way too much into Glam. Maybe the lead singer of Warrant, Jamie something is the face of hair bands.

If you think The Beatles were Pop, then you probably think ABBA was rock.

    Glam is Marc Bolan.

Disco - more people would picture Barry Gibb and his hairy chest than Donna Summer and her flat chest.

Rock-A-Billy - it's Setzer by a mile. Once again, if Gene Vincent were alive and walked into anybody's house, they'd call the cops. If Setzer walked in, they'd ask for an autograph.

I'll give you Louie for Jazz and Sly for funk. But outside of those two, you were wrong about everything.

    You're wrong.

Halford never bit the head off of anything.

    Ozzy FTW!

Don't know if there's a genre called "The Party's Over LEAVE"...but this would be my choice.
    9FCDF2E3-04C7-4263-BC6D-766BBBEDE95D.gif

When we were in college, my friends & I actually used to blast "Two Virgins" to get people to leave the house when the party was over.
    It always worked.
