...should look the other way :lol:

Blue Cat Audio Plug-in Pack II

This bundle contains a wide range of premium modulation effects,a guitar amp simulator, a single and dual-channel equalizer, a unique midi-controllable gain suite, as well as a professional spectrum analyzer.

All plug-ins are available for Mac and PC, in VST, VST3, AAX and Audio Unit plug-in formats, for both 32 and 64-bit architectures.

HP demos the suite, so you know what to expect. just follow the link in HP's video description for download.
Nice: all plug-ins are entirely free (no dongle, no registration required, no newsletter...)

wait - are these Actual Free components or Demo products?

I recall going to get something like this, downloading and @ activation, seeing the demo language.

edit - I'll try again - don't break my heart...

They are free, no hassle, no demo, no registration or activation.

of course you can buy brand new plugs from them but these are free. ;)

I had a quick look at them with a couple of audio editors, yeah nice, worth to dig in deeper.

    Hi.

    Thanks.

I already have some of their free stuff.

I found this thread just a few minutes after looking at my Waves account product page. All those on special, cheap plugins add up. I feel a bit sick now, especially since I only regularly use about four of them. I coulda bought a freaking guitar...

aaaand, upon activation, after free download, the permissions box includes the very words I dreaded: "for evaluation..."

will see what happens in 14, 30 days.

    Peace - Deeve

 Are you referring to the EULA (end-user license agreement) when installing?

it just tells you that you can't sell the software or claim that you wrote the code.
quite the standard proceedure for most any pc programs.

I haven't seen any nag screens or limitations, so far. I'd bet it stays like that.:)

I have a bunch of the BC stuff. It's good, once you realize their presets are kind of over the top. Lower things as needed and they can be very good.

My Bad....I still say the BC stuff is very good, but what I said about presets was referring to a couple of plugins I have from Melda Audio, I always mix that up with Blue Cat for some reason.

I grabbed them last night, used their chorus on a song demo. Sounds good! If the rest of them are as good I'll be thinking about buying some stuff off of them.

    Downloaded...

I'm with @ponce though, I already have a thumbdrive full of plugins I'm already not using, but if I ever find the time I may get around to trying them!

Thanks for the heads up @Alamo!
