Hello Guys, i have a Problem.
On my Guitarstand is one place free, so i need a new tele!

My Main Guitar is Fender Baja Tele.
My other Guitars are a Squier Classic vibe 60´s strat, Squier 72 Thinline tele and a Strat from a Luthier here with a 2 pcs mahagoni body.

So, i want an Sound addition for my Collection, but it needs to be a tele.

My dream is a Single Coil in the Bridge and a P90 in the Neck. But this is a configuration that are not normal stock?

    My Budget is around 1000€..

And sorry guys, my English is not that good, i hope you understand me anyway.

OP, your English is better than mine! Others here who know more than me will chime in and may be able to share what tele models have the neck pickup routed for humbucker or P90 in their stock form. Those are out there. Might be an inexpensive option to get one of those and then find your P90 separately.

    Happy hunting.

Good idea, on Thomann the only tele´s with Single Coil in Bridge and humbucker in neck are G&L and FGN. The 72 deluxe Teles from Fender need´s a new pickguard.. this too much mods for a new guitar.. i want a guitar which is nearly at the "best" when you understand..

Schecter PT Special. About £600, dunno what that is in Euros.

There’s a JHS Vintage V72 that’s a Thinline Tele style and comes with a mini humbucker in the neck; could possibly swap that out for a P90. Someone might know what the route is like under the pickguard.

I made my own using an inexpensive SX Tele copy as a base. If you can find out the routing for a particular Tele it isn't that difficult to do this work.

That’s the kind of stuff I’m talking about. Looks like the American Pro body (at least the ones listed on Stratosphere) also have the rout you’d need. Getting a new pickguard isn’t hard either.

I hear good things about the Schecter PT. Pretty sure Eddie Vedder has one he plays every now and then.

The only complaints I ever hear are about the weight of some of them.

American Special; it is just within your budget, and there's plenty of room for a humbucker if you're not happy with the Texas Special pickups. Problem solved...
