Which pickguard would you put on this Telecaster?
I rather like the one that’s on it. Damn that’s beautiful!!!
Just as is.
I like it as is.
Another vote for as is.
That looks good. If you need to change - distressed white always looks good.
Single ply brown tort, if not single ply black. Good luck finding a tort piece that big if you go that route. I’ve had luck with Rothko and Frost, but it’s pricey. Looks to be the same stuff StewMac sells in small sheets. I’ve asked them already, can’t sell any bigger. The Rothko and Frost sheet I bought is 30 x 25 cm, probably too small. I used the StewMac sheet on my Offset Tele, the bigger sheet is for a Gibson DC Special.
Edit: multiply nitro tort or even Spitfire tort would look cheeseball on this one, imho.
I wouldn't change it.
I'm partial to pearly pick-guards, as a contrast to the beautiful mahogany, because, avatar. . .

I'm surprised that most of you like the stock black pickguard.
As is or creamy white, maybe.
leave it alone, black looks great on it.
Leave it as it is
Mock up a white one from a sheet of paper and see what it looks like.
Perfect as is.
