I’m trying to choose a left hand neck to go onto a left handed Strat body I’m refinishing.

    What would you go for?

    1. A non brand neck from eBay around £80
    2. A 2019 Jazzmaster Classic Vibe neck
    3. A £150+ roasted maple neck

    I just cannot decide!!!

The best one you can afford.
“No-name” guitar parts from eBay can be pretty rough from what I’ve seen and read...

I went for the Jazzmaster CV neck. I'm putting 2 x Tonerider Rebel P90s in, which are humbucker sizes P90s, about £100 for the pair, and for some reason I can't fathom am going for gold hardware.

None of the above. I'd get a lefty allparts strat neck.

    (1) Something you know is comfortable, and (2) stainless steel fret wire.
