    This is the guitar that is allowed by the Authority to live on the couch downstairs in the sitting room. At the very least I play it for 10 minutes every day before bedtime, and it's the one that always comes away on trips.

    Otherwise, which I spend most time with is variable. Probably my classical.

    Aren't we a lucky bunch to have the choice. Believe me, after many years with just one guitar, I really appreciate it.

    I started out playing an acoustic, a Yamaha, so it's what I play most often at home. The Yamaha is gone now but I've always owned an acoustic. I've probably bought and sold more acoustics than electrics over the years.

    I'm not a collector. A Tele, a Strat, and this Martin (which I plan on keeping for life) are it.

    My Squier Mustang. It is my practice guitar and I play it a lot to prevent my favourite guitar from fretwear.

    Since early this year, it’s been this guitar. I bought it in February along with a desktop amp so I would have something to play here. It has really re-awaken me to everything I love about strats.

    Thanks @Fretting out ! ;)

    Yes, I tried but really couldn't play it Right-Handed, so I converted it to LH. It's a 2nd hand mint unused FS52 RI bought for 100E locally with case and slides... I wanted a Lap Steel, so it was the occasion ! :)

    None. I don’t play them at all. I just sit and watch them. Correction, I just sit and watch them sitting in their cases.

    I really like the feel and sound of a hollow body--my Gretsch Streamliner(s). {{but I try to rotate through my others...I put up hooks and have to keep them o_O}}

    My #1 is my '18 Fender Player Series HH Tele followed closely by my '10 Fender Blacktop Tele and my '15 Fender Standard HSS Strat.

    My Telecaster. To the point where I have sold off 4 guitars that I simply was not using. The next one to go is a '90s Starfire III. Than I'm down to 5 that I play a lot.

    Man I am often in awe of how many guitars some of you guys have! Even when I was gigging, I never had more than one acoustic and 3 electrics at one time. Sometimes I only had two electrics and that was it--yep, even while in a band.

    @blowtorch 4 dozen guitars?? Wow!

    I don't even know how I would take care of--let alone actually play--10, 15, 20+ guitars. I salute all of you! Currently I am guitar-less but looking for a small bodied solid top acoustic (Taylor GS Mini, small Seagull etc).

    I play these almost equally, but depending on what day it is, my preference is as follows:

    1) 2008 Gibson LP Standard
    2) 2007 Fender AS Tele with Fralin Steel Pole 42s
    3) 2011 Epiphone Dot with Fralin P-92s
    4) 2009 Carvin SH550

    There are others, but they don't get played nearly as much.

    I play most of my guitars most days. At the moment the couch noodler is my Harley Benton. It's the lightest and newest...
