I like my laquered tweed Blues Jr. much better than the older B.J.s. The older ones sounded muddy to me. I also love my Vox AC10c1. These are both great amps. All IMHO Adding to this list is the Vox AC4TV8. It’s a perfect match for my lapsteels. The amp I disliked the most was my 1975 S.F. Princeton Reverb. Noisy, zero HR and sounded like a tub.
