What my finger is pointing at...

    image-3774408051.jpg

...it's a down-tension bar but each guide for each string is a separate roller.

This is on a Burns tremolo system I bought recently but I would love to know if anyone made these bars as a separate item as I need one for another build.

    Cheers!

Have you tried looking at having a machine shop turn a length of brass rod? Seems like a pretty simple piece to make on a lathe.

This would be incredibly easy to turn on a lathe. It is so simple that you could probably even do it on a drill press, if you could only brass tube the right ID and OD. Or if you could drill down the center of brass rod.

If I only had the equipment (not to say the skill!)

Not sure of some of your terminology but this is a bar with 6 individual bobbins that spin separately around it - I've seen them on other tremolo systems too

If there were any place I could source these I would be one happy bunny.

Master machinist (and all-around good guy) Marc Rutters might be interested. Get in touch with him.
