I purchased a replacement neck meant for a MIA Tele and it was quite a loose fit; not being wide or tall enough. Didn't really wanna go the shimming route so am wondering if anyone has suggestions or ideas on who produces replacement necks for the MIJ Teles that have a 2 1/4" heel size?

    Thanks.

I've used two different Warmoth Fender-licensed necks. Fit a Korean Fender Squier body and a Guitar Fetish Fender-spec body perfectly.

Most necks and bodies are slightly different.
Forget about the licensed deal , it only allows people to copy the headstock. Some have the opinion that it has to do with quality or fit of the licensed part , not so.....

Japanese parts can be slightly different.
The necks can be slightly wider at the heel.......MM necks used to be from Korea , no idea if they are from there these days.

All parts necks are said to be Fender Japan necks.
Hosco necks are from Japan as well

Musikraft offers necks with a 2 1/4" heel.

Nothing you can do about it not being tall enough, except shim.
