Does this hypothetical "amp" have to be carried anywhere?

I had too much fun tonight, playing with the 5.1 suround guitar sound I built in the studio , using the studio monitor system and my guitar rack, to be limited to one amp

but If i had to choose guitar any properly set up and intonated left handed quality guitar ( preferably a 60's left handed jaguar or SG standard , Lefty of course)
a soldano amp or a 60's bf super
    a reagun distortion pedal

Strat w a Tele bridge placed in exact location as a Tele,
a good 12" ss or tube amp with reverb.

Rarely use a pedal, but occ futz w a delay pedal.

    Fishman Loudbox Mini
    Carbon Copy delay

I could stick with that for a while, but not forEVER...

Any Dumble Amp, a 70,s Echoplex and a 1954 Fender Strat should do it.

My 1953 Telecaster and my Tweed Bassman LTD is all I need. If I enhance it, the analog delay for a little slapback is a nice addition.

Right now it's a PRS Vela, Carr Hammerhead, and a VS Open Road to give me a little more control on the tone.

For a gig I did a while back it was:

    1996 Gibson Nighthawk std
    Mesa Boogie ROV 25
    Modified Boss SD-1

Given recent changes in my style, it would be:
    Stratocaster w/ Klein Jazzy Cats
    1997 Fender HRDx
    Joyo American Sound
