What's your rig? You get 1 amp, 1 guitar, and 1 pedal.

Marshall JCM 2000, Les Paul Standard, no pedals, unless you count the amp's footsdwitch.
Used to have this rig. Everything I need, nothing I don't.

It's been a while. These days?

Reverend Greg Koch Signature Gristle 90, Henry Amps "Matty K Special" amp, MXR Carbon Copy analog delay pedal.

The guitar is an incredible instrument with noiseless P90's. The Amp is a wonder of versatility from clean to dirty to British to American sound, incredible reverb and trem, AND attentuation. Plus, just LOOK at it! :)

Give me a little delay on top of all that, and I'm good.

MXR 10 band EQ

Fender Pro Jr IV Tweed and Fender HM ported 1x12 cab loaded with a Cannabis Rex.
.
Cranked up the amp, loud with Vater earplugs, volume ~7-8, tone at 2 o'clock, with the EQ pedal on top of the amp, for mids and upper mids. Using the volume and tone controls, able to find clean, AC/DC crunch and distortion. For leads, turn up guitar volume.

This week:
Gibson LP Special with P90s. Maybe you could talk me into a semi-hollowbody instead?
Fender EC Vibro Champ (Tweed with built in tremolo). You could talk me into a larger Tweed as long as it's got trem--a Tremolux maybe?
A Klone Clone (I've got the MXR Sugar Drive).

Or I could plug a Taylor 812 into the board.

6 months ago I probably would have said a Hot Rod Tele or a Martin 28 HD V.

If it's an amp without trem, the Sugar Drive disappears and a trem pedal takes its place.

26 months later:
Humbucker equipped ES 335 (or Collings 335 style) into a Swart AST or AST Pro.

Amp has reverb and trem. Just need an OD. Which one?
I've never owned a real Tube screamer.

This morning:
A Strat with Vintage noiseless pickups.

A Princeton--not sure if I'd rather have a 65 or a 68 custom.

An OD pedal--Maybe a Boss super overdrive or an MXR Distortion?

I have several setups that I have guitar, amp and maybe a pedal or two. I dont use a whole lot of effects but a little trem or chorus comes in handy depending on the song. My current

Studio set:
2013 Gretsch Rosa Red 5655CB - double cut with Blacktop in the bridge and a Super G-neck
Peavey Classic 50 with a 4-10 cab - Tungsol 12AX7s in preamp. Russian military P14s - power
Caline Chief overdrive - has a clear boost and Overdrive

Bedroom:
Schecter Reaper FR
Marshall AVT 20 with a Genalex Gold Lion 12AX7
Timmy clear boost

Living Room:
Schecter Syn Avenger Custom C with sustaniac
Monoprice 15W with Genalex Gold Lion in V1 and V2, JJ in the Reverb, tungsol 7189s - power
dunlop wah, Guitar is plenty

Game Room:
Epiphone LP 2003 black
Peavey Classic 30 with tungsols 12AX7s in the front Russian military p14s in the power section
Dunlop wah

Sorry I dont have any super expensive exotic stuff but Ive found out to spend a little time and learn how to dial things in and you can get some really good tones without breaking the bank. Seems like to me that the more I play and practice the better my stuff sounds?

What would your rig be if you could have only 1 amp, 1 guitar, and 1 pedal?

Here are some guidelines:
(1) You don't have to have owned any of this gear. It can be dream gear.
(2) You can't say a Fractal or amp simulator of any kind. It has to be a physical amp.
(3) The pedal can't be some kind of honkin' multi-function thing. I'm thinking of basically one effect.
(4) If you want to substitute an outboard 6G15 reverb unit (or any other) for the pedal, you can.

I haven't played through enough stuff to speak intelligently of a dream rig (though I imagine a brown Tolex Fender could be my amp in that scenario), so I'll stick with some things I know. For now:

AMP: vintage Deluxe Reverb
GUITAR: 50's-style Les Paul with P-90's
PEDAL: Boss Blues Driver
Gibson ES-335, Brownface Fender Super, Ibañez AD-9 Analog Delay pedal.
