That is so funny. Last night I went out with 5E3 Tc Hall of Fame on light plate reverb and Tele Broadcaster pickups.
So nice to stop tap dancing.
I do have an MV so can get that 8 without killing folks!

Just what I have, which is nothing fancy, seems to work for me:
    MIM Cabronita
    Mustang III (old v1)
Joyo Vintage Overdrive to give it all a nudge for solos

    Sounds amazing.

Last night I was playing my 50s Roadworn with Nocaster pickups into my 5e3 head going through 2 British celestion blues open back and 2 vintage greenbacks closed cab, with a Hotplate attenuator to manage ear damage. Glorious.

My AC15, my '51 Nocaster and a delay for the rockabilly 50's thing.

The AC has reverb and tremelo.

I'd opt for an overdrive, but I run my guitar volume backed off and crank it up for solos. The way I run the AC, when I crank up the guitar volume, it gets a little "hairy".

But, anything is subject to change.

Heavily modded mia Peavey Reactor (tele), Bogen VP12 se6L6 recordplayer conversion (head) that is basically an old princeton going into a diy oversized 1x12 cab and EQD Dispatch Master (delay/reverb).

Earlier this week I was playing this rig:
Fender HS Blacktop JM with upgraded pickups/electronics, Earthquaker Acapulco Gold and c. ‘65 Gibson Explorer amp. Really, really versatile for so little!

Hmmmm, better not go with a fantasy setup because that might kick off more GAS....

In the spirit of the OP I would have to choose between two rigs
    Maximum flexibility
PRS Custom 24 with HFS Treble/Vintage Bass pickups and the three way switch and coil splitter tone.
Mesa Boogie 5:50 Express Plus and (if the associated foot switching of the amp is not considered a pedal)
I guess an El Capistan echo

    Traditional tones
    Fender Custom Shop Thinline
Victoria Victoriette (and again if we don’t count the term/reverb footswitch from the amp as a pedal)
Wampler Tumnus (although this was a bit tougher, as the Fulltone FD3 would be also acceptable for this challenge; Tumnus has better tone to my ear, FD3 has more flexibility).

If we count the amp switching functions as a stomp box, then the listed guitar/amp combinations without additional pedal work just fine.
