What's your favorite Chorus Pedal?

Which chorus pedal works best with distortion? I adore my DOD FX65, it was my first ever pedal. However, when combined with distortion, I find notes often 'fart out' while playing them. For example, how does Dean DeLeo get his heavy chorus-laden tone?

Sorry, I don't follow. Right now, I have my chorus pedal in the fx loop. Are you suggesting place the chorus before amp or pedal distortion?

Try running the chorus before dirt rather than after. It comes out less muddy IMO
