Jazzmaster (lots of knobs and switches) and old Zoom G3X for silent stage. Or JM or my parts Tele and a Spark 40 and my iPhone for stand alone or mic’d play. My old tube amp stays home except for VERY special occasions.

American Performer Tele
Korg SDD2000
Laney IRT Studio
Laney VC 2x10 cab
AKG-K702
M-audio Oxygen Pro 61
Laptop.
Guitar lead.

The top four if it's just about making noise, but really I'd want to be able to record. The beauty of the IRT Studio is it's audio interface will record both the amp output and DI signal if needed to re-amp later.

One of the modelers with built in fx. All I really use is light OD and reverb and/or delay. One example:

I could be happy with just a Tele partcaster, some Fuzz pedal and a Vox AC15.

But, if i'm able to choose a few more things:
Analog Delay Pedal
Good Klon Clone
Some UniVibe clone

For gigging I could strip it down to:

Partscaster Strat with mid boost.
Marshall SV20h and cab.
JHS Black box in the loop to act as a master volume.
Mic & stand for vocals into our PA.

This would involve more fiddling about between songs (or maybe change the running order a bit) rather than how I currently run with the amp set clean and using pedals for dirt/solo boost and a vocal pedal for a bit of reverb/compression:

This is more typically what I gig with, so I add the P90 Gibson LP, plus the pedal board, mainly just to have a back up guitar and easier sound selection, so we can keep going straight into the next song without too much hanging around if I have to fiddle about with settings.

One time I did finish a gig with just my Strat into my Fender Deluxe after the pedalboard failed mid gig. It was OK, but some songs really needed a bit of dirt and many of our smaller UK venues mean I can't just crank the amp for dirt tones.

If I had to cut it down:

Tele Deluxe
Princeton Reverb
Polytune 3
Noble Screamer
Boss RC-10r

That'd cover a lot and maybe make me more productive.

depends

absolute minimalist electric rig is a partscaster tele into my Templo battery amp

the amp has a 9v out, which I use to power a tuner and a pedal or two (usually Joyo AS, Flint)

I have way more gear than I reasonably should (though perhaps not by TDPRI standards). I could be perfectly happy with one of my favorite guitars and one of my favorite amps, and don't really need pedals to go with it. When I think of it that way, the marginal utility of the other guitars, amps, and pedals in the house is pretty minimal compared to the money I've spent on them and the space they take up. But I am sure this moment of clarity will pass and I will find a new shiny object I want...

not really a useful exercise for me. I play in a band, I bring what I need to play my parts. It's not that complicated.

MIM Telecaster
Peavey Vypyr amp

I’m happy with any of my guitars but if I had to get rid of everything and only keep one i would still be happy with my MIM tele.

For me it's just amp, cable and guitar. Maybe a tuner if I'm feeling really fussy.

I always try to bring the absolute minimum of stuff to a gig. In my current still-very-new band, here’s what that means.

Telecaster
Reverend Daredevil, set up for C-standard tuning
TU-3
DOD Overdrive Preamp 250
BD-2
EHX Neo Clone chorus
Mooer E-Lady flanger
TC Mini Spark boost
DD-3T with Saturnworks tap switch
Deluxe Reverb
