    Hi from Italy.

I can't figure out the pedal used for the electric guitar from 2:48 in this video:

I would really really appreciate any suggestions about a pedal that can produce that sound.

    Thank you!

A reverb pedal with reverb maxxed.
And the guy play like if it was a mandolin.
    That's what I would say.

    But it's me, OK ? :D

Check out Strymon pedals on Youtube. They've got some models that do this.

Look up the "shimmer effect".... It's not a classic example of shimmer, but it's achievable with it.

Here is the idea.... starting around 4:50 in this video. Although this clip has a brighter and louder guitar signal than the OP video.

To try and match the OP video I would roll the guitar tone back a fair bit and keep the direct guitar signal low compared to the effect.

Reverb maxed to taste with no pre-delay and completely wet (no dry signal).

Going by what others posted, you could do this with a Boss RV-6. It has both the ability to do shimmer, and you can do a completely wet signal by using one of the stereo outs.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I was able to contact the guitar player (Daniele Fiaschi), who was so kind to reply. It turns out that the pedal used is an old Electro Harmonix Attack Decay.
