    bound fretboard. I'll bet I'm the only one to bind it before glueing it to the neck.

    I always bind my boards before gluing to the neck. The other way is just too darned difficult for me.

    I put in the frets then bind it then glue it to the neck.

    one piece of bubinga ,440x600x50mm (13x17x2") ,has anyone made a guitar with the grain going across the body ?,then i could get 2 bodies out of this blank

    Don't do that...unless you want to set intonation with every change in humidity and temp...

    All that is needed is to wire it up and do a setup but I may pull the parts back off and give it a better polish. I just did a hand buff on it.
