A friend dropped by Saturday and gave me this nice quilted maple billet. 2"x7"x27". Rough sides so I may only get 6 1/2" total width out of it. The backside grain is not as pretty as this side.
That looks really uncomfortable. I'd try a different body shape!

Off the workbench and onto the stand.......router slipped and wrecked the pickguard on my Nashville Tele build so until a replacement arrives it's an Esquire!
My brother just gave me his 1990's American blonde ash body Strat to put a set of Gilmore EMG's in it. Looks to be a drop and play loaded pick guard, this should be an easy one.
