When I worked in a music store, many guitars came in angled boxes like that.

I've always been haunted by green guitars, ever since seeing one in department store in the appliances section. Don't remember the brand, and it had some missing strings. I had no musical interest in, but that dark bright green glow mesmerized me so much that I kept wandering back to it. For 6 months, maybe, whenever I was at that store, I'd go check it out. After a while, more missing strings, loose wang bar handle, then relegated to a far corner of the store.

The next time I saw it, a young SRV was playing one in a photo of Cast of Thousands, his first band recording.

    I know..
    I have Gold Oscar Schmidt

    This touches my inner child.
Saw John Fogerty play one way back in the CCR days...I had the CCR chord book. Always watched for a Green Husk. Just...felt like the end of a long search.
But hey...they are making LP Jrs now..
I love Gooooold ! (Gold Member)
