I thought this was going to be a Pink Floyd quiz. Nice playing though.

Mid '70's ( maybe early) Fender Telecaster Deluxe, right?

Going for a bit of a Les Paul vibe with 4 Controls, 2 humbuckers ( albeit Wide Range) and LP toggle switch

The guitar? It looks like a Tele Deluxe.

Looks like a modern version of the 70's Telecaster Deluxe.

Yeah, I'm a bit disappointed. I thought at least it would be the Bowie version.

    Hi.

The Telecaster Deluxe & Custom are kind of funny for me. At times I find both, or one or the other, quite an appealing idea. However, at other times, I think they are a terrible idea.

I don't know why I flip flop like this, with such strongly contrasting views. It's probably some kind of visual thing more than anything. I find aspects of both visually appealing, but other visual things about both put me right off.

^^^^ yes the pickguard can look kind of big at times. Its almost like getting the guitar color to match the pickguard.
