    Although you can't actually make shoes with your new-found tool, you can certainly shine them. I suggest you start a Facebook page to advertise your new shoe-shine business.

    Wild Guess Here:

    Shoe Cobbler Tools... that's the part that goes into the toe of the shoe. Slot in the back is for the bar that connects to the heel part of the tool. There is a bar that goes between them...it comes in different lengths. (My Great Uncle had tools very similar to what I am seeing in the pic...he ran a Shoe Repair Shop)

    I believe that is a shoe making tool that's used to form the toe section. I used to see similar ones at the shoe store I used to work at.

    It's a shop pencil sharpener. It uses a blade that looks like half a razor blade that's held in place by a small brass set screw. You can get the blades from anyplace that sells drafting supplies.
