Teles make me happy. When time, funds and space allows it, I'm gonna start playing and fiddling again. Maybe when the kids grow up which could be a while :(

Mine is a Select Tele, I got this because it was taking so long (2 months) to get a delivery date from Fender Aust for the 2012 Custom Deluxe Strat I had on order so I chose from what the dealer had in stock, without regret.

I have one that looks like a Jazzmaster (Telemaster) and sounds like a Tele, and one that looks (sort of) like a Tele (G&L ASAT Jr.) and sounds like the heavens opened and angels decended from on high.

Strategy? The rude, fundamental sound of a Tele bridge pup is the only thing I need that the ASAT won't deliver, and the Jazz body gives me something completely different.

52 AVRI Hot Rod. Just fell in love with the tone from the Seymore Duncan mini humbucker, the neck, the look, and the overall feel of the guitar. Great instrument.
