What song should I teach my guitar class next?

Not the solo necessarily note for note but the song. I'm a mediocre intermediate player and I can play it well. The chord changes aren't that hard. But the rhythm/phrasing and extensions off the chords make it interesting for an intermediate player.

How about something with a whole step modulation key change? It's a Bob Dylan song, but I greatly prefer the Grateful Dead's version. I-IV-V in G, then keeps the same I-IV-V in A. Since it's a class, it's easy to teach to a group, shows how key change can be a great effect on the listener, and how almost all Broadway show tunes are written. Whole step modulations are a great effect.

Love Is All Around by the Troggs.
It’s rhythmic, repetitive, and has a short interlude between the verse and chorus.
I loved it when it, and I were new.

Just learned the basic chord version this weekend. What interlude am I missing. Nice sounding chord progression.

I was referring to the brief five chord run before the chorus.
It’s not an interlude.
