This one 😬
Fender MIM FSR
T-Tune bridge, Mule Resophonics Mulebucker, Roswell (!) TEH

I'm especially proud of the control plate I put together for this one, although the next incarnation will probably be volume pot and toggle switch only

here it is in action at the 900 year anniversary of the town of Tessin in Germany last friday.

Actually that's a cool question. For me with one of them which is a heavily modded MIJ TL-62 it's pretty much just because all the mods that were done to it would've been something I would've done and as soon as I played it it just bonded.

With my other which is a MIJ foto flame , it's odd enough that most people don't dig it but I just bond with the oddity sor of thing.

Now what will be truly a tele that'd mine will be my two parts casters that hopefully I can get done this year.

The first one because, well it will.be my first and it's something a little bit different and the second because it will end up having so many custom options in aesthetics and electronics that all come from my head.

Hope that all made sense.

The bond that was established between me and the guitar. The look ( color) that I like, the feel of the neck , the playability and of course #1- how it responds to my playing and the tone it delivers.

My last remaining brother passed away at the end of December. He lived in Wertheim, Germany which isn't far from the Thomann superstore. I went to visit him mid December and after dropping him at the hospital for an all day appointment my nephew and I headed for Thomann. Amazing place with a TON of guitars on the floor and wall, every one I picked up was also in tune! Anyway back to the Tele, I found one I liked and they shipped that very guitar back to the states for me. Ended up being even cheaper than if I'd have bought it online from the states. My avatar. Harley Benton TE-69 Hot Rod NT Roasted. It's a great guitar on it's own, but has great and sad memories due to the reason I was there in the first place. My brother's last wish was that my nephew and I would get to know each other better and we did that over the 10 days I was there.

Lonn...I don't know what 1 emotion (-gy) I could put up, so many are appropriate...
I'm so sad for your loss, happy for your gain (closer to your nephew...and acquisition of your guitar...)...yeah, that Tele would be a significant keeper...deep history in its short life...carry on, Friend...! Keep talking...!

Hundreds of hours in my hands. There's also a couple of chips here and there, scratches on the pickguard, etc. The pickups and the electronics are all aftermarket, as well, if you were to pop the hood.

But I swear, I think that if you blindfolded me and handed me twenty Teles, I could tell you which one was mine.
