...according to the ads you get on the TDPRI?
Apparently they've got me figured out to be a cross dressing gambler with a boat and a penchant for conspiracy theories.

Well, I live in the 21st century, so I'm the kind of person who has an adblocker.

For some reason, the bots think I wanna see lots of bass and guitar gear. :p

Otherwise, it’s mostly healthcare, pharmaceutical, grooming and lingerie. Apparently they think I’m unhealthy, unkempt and deprived!

Right now I apparently need a new shower head, two of them because I see the same add twice.

They don't know because I block their ads and cookies.

Buckaroo65, it's likely your thread will be killed by those who block ads.

Otherwise, I get a lot of ads for Telecasters and other T-style guitars.

    And clothing. Outerwear and otherwise.

    I'm serious,
( not very up-to-date, tech savvy),

Where do I get an ad-bocker? ( What's a good one?) An app, I assume?

I'm on a cheap Android phone most of the time ( like now), or now, my 1st laptop.

    Thanks

    * Right now I'm being bombarded by 'recliner' ads ( we just ordered one, hence the constant ads), plus usual die-cast car ads ( I collect), and of course, endless guitar stuff...

    Thanks!

When I was a kid, the nearest thing we had to an ad blocker was when we went to the drive in movies and our parents would put their hands over our eyes in the sexy parts...

Oh, it's all in good fun. Sometimes you have to see the humor in things, or they'll drive ya crazy!

I have learned music theory since 1966, guitar at 13 ( 1069)., played live one year later and professionally in my 20s. I was also apprenticed to a master luthier and by 1980 was doing electronic cahnges to great guitars. Played a lot as a professional in the 80s, got married in 1984.
Became a maths teacher to support family and then established my own building ABN ( Australian Business Number ) and by the early 2000s was making acoustics.
As a person ,I'm probably too serious. I also gravitate to men in a mixed situation.

I have an Eidetic memory .
It also helped destroy my marriage, so very sad.
Now I'm near on 65 and consider people more, love dogs and want to establish a bequest with my two best friends for poor students. We have many top end guitars that need to be used by genuinely talented young guys.
I am a " Dog Whisperer" also. 120 people in a room and the dog will settled down at my feet with no coercion. Also I rarely swear and always eat fish on Fridays.
Good question- you'll get a lot of interesting responses.

No ads. Just an occasional pop up asking me to disable my ad blockers. Uhhh...no.
